Condition of Items: Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

Certain items cannot be returned or refunded, including:
Gift cards
Digital products or downloadable items
Customized or personalized products
Items marked as “final sale”

If your refund request is approved, we will:
Process your refund within 7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
If the original payment method is unavailable, a store credit may be issued, subject to agreement.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a fault on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item received).
