At Befill, we strive to offer a seamless shopping experience. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. Please read our cancellation policy below:
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they haven't been processed or shipped.
To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team at befill@email.com.
If the order has not been shipped yet, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.
Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
In such cases, you may request a return once the product is delivered.
If you cancel a prepaid order before shipping, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
No cancellation charges will apply if cancelled within the allowed time.
COD orders can also be cancelled within the 12-hour window before shipping.
If repeated cancellations occur, we may restrict COD payment options for your future orders.
The following items are non-cancellable once the order is confirmed:
Personalized or customized products.
Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable."
Perishable goods.
