Cancellation Policy

At Befill, we strive to offer a seamless shopping experience. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. Please read our cancellation policy below:


1. Order Cancellation (Before Shipping)

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they haven't been processed or shipped.

  • To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team at befill@email.com.

  • If the order has not been shipped yet, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.


2. Order Cancellation (After Shipping)

  • Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

  • In such cases, you may request a return once the product is delivered.


3. Prepaid Orders

  • If you cancel a prepaid order before shipping, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • No cancellation charges will apply if cancelled within the allowed time.


4. COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders

  • COD orders can also be cancelled within the 12-hour window before shipping.

  • If repeated cancellations occur, we may restrict COD payment options for your future orders.


5. Exceptions

  • The following items are non-cancellable once the order is confirmed:

    • Personalized or customized products.

    • Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable."

    • Perishable goods.
